FAQs

Can you guarantee I get results?

Absolutely. I’m confident that if you follow the strategies & guidance that we agree on, you’re guaranteed to get the results you’ve always wanted. If not - I’ll coach you for free until you do!

Do I need to be super fit & experienced in the gym?

No! It’s my job to meet you where you’re currently at, then guide you to your goals. This means that no matter what your starting point is, you’ll benefit from coaching.

Is there a contract?

Yes. The minimum amount of time I’ll work with anybody is 1 month (2 sessions per week). The reason being is that from experience, any less than that won’t be long enough to make the changes required. However, most people that join the team end up working with me for over 12 months. Life-changing takes time!

When can I start?

Your Welcome Session can be booked from the second you pay. You’ll be sent all of the information you need to access the website and booking calendar straight away.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. The benefit of this coaching system is that it works from our Semi Private facility. All you need to do is book your session and be at the gym on time.

I’m going on holiday, what should I do?

Just let me know! How long and when you’re going and I can factor it into your roadmap. We can change your goals and targets depending on what you want to achieve. Please keep in mind  that ultimately I’ll give you the best advice for your long term goals; it may not always match up with what you wanted to do week to week.
